April 27th, 2009 . by adminLooking for someone to install IVR software in Australia? So am I. I own a small veterinarian clinic, and recently lost my after hours receptionist to maternity leave. She has decided that she doesn’t want to return to working for me, so I have decided to have IVR software installed, so that my customers can page me for after-hours emergencies. My first attempt at finding someone to install software didn’t work out well. I found a company I wanted to use on the Internet, and ended up embarrassing myself when I called them…in America. As soon as I get over being embarrassed about not reading the company’s location, I am going to look in the local phone directory instead.
