I have a small business and some of my workers telecommute at the moment. I need to create a training manual on all procedures for company policy. I figure to make it electronic this way if any changes need to be made it will save on hard copy fees. I do not believe in wasting anymore trees on the planet for paper that is not needed. One of the things that will be covered will be the section called “How to conference call” and then when I need to talk to everyone at the same time we can use the phone for those meetings.
