Chuck was asking for some birthday gift ideas for wife since her birthday was next week already. His friends all encouraged him to take Vanessa on a vacation. She would love that. So Chuck called his travel agent and booked a cruise for Vanessa’s birthday. He also went to the boutique and bought the bag that Vanessa had been eyeing but was too expensive for her to buy. Finally, he called their favorite restaurant and made a reservation for dinner that evening so that he could tell her of his plans. This was going to be Vanessa’s best birthday ever, one that she will never forget.
