Which is the best colon cleanser for obese people?
March 30th, 2009 . by adminI know that there are a lot of health benefits associated with colon cleansing besides just weight loss, but as I’m about 75 pounds overweight I’m focusing on the ability to get rid of some fat. I know the different colon cleansing supplements offer different benefits, so I was wondering if anyone out there has any advice for choosing the best colon cleanser for someone like me who is morbidly obese. I’m not even sure that I should be trying to do this at home by myself without being under a doctor’s supervision, but I’m going to certainly give it my best try.
