For our anniversary, my husband decided we should go to Hawaii. Of course, the weather there is beautiful and everyone is on the beach sunbathing and swimming. With my weight at an all time high, I was not ready to be seen in a bikini looking the way I did. Something had to be done, and fast. I joined the medifast diet and not only did I lose weight quickly and easily, I felt great and had energy!  When I went shopping for that new bikini, I knew that my husband would be impressed with my new body. I wore that bikini proudly each day on the beach!
