Let’s say that I’m a landlord who is considering renting my property to two different couples. They both make the same amount of money so I need some way to choose which one is more qualified to rent my apartment and be on time paying the rent. Do I have access to their free instant credit reports just like they do, or do I have to pay a special service in order to get this information? I don’t think it would be fair if I would have to pay something extra when most people could simply go on line and get this stuff for no cost.
