For several years now, I have been a counselor at a small summer camp for troubled kids. Every year, we have the same problem. Many of our leaders have a hard time learning the names of all the kids. This makes them feel isolated and unimportant. And for troubled kids, that can be a recipe for disaster. So last year, we decided to get Personalized T Shirts for everyone. We couldn’t believe the difference it made. When we called the campers by name from the first day, they responded a lot better. They respected us more, and as a result we were able to help more of them.
