Car Accident Claims Department

The same evening I phoned the claims department to discuss the administration of the claim, from ordering the replacement vehicle, to repairs on the one that was damaged. The service I received was excellent, and I wanted to take the opportunity to thank-you personally. All my queries were dealt with well and calls were returned at the times specified, there were a few glitches at times, but they were quickly resolved. I wish all companies were like this one, trying to sort out my bills can be an absolute nightmare, I was thinking of passing them on the details of some of your staff so that they can poach them from you, then maybe I could get my broadband connection sorted out too!! I will definitely be renewing my car insurance policy with you.
