The Smokies has always been my most favored place to go and photograph.  The photo portfolio that I have has more images from the Great Smoky Mountain nature area than any other.  For every time that I go there, and I have been there numerous times, I still am amazed at its diversity and unrivaled beauty.   Oh, there are other destinations that I would lie to venture someday.  Yosemite National Park is a destination that I would like to travel to sometime.  The great photographer Ansel Adams spent a great deal of his years there exploring and creating some splendid photos.  Until I am able to make that trip I will just keep on exploring the Smoky Mountains and searching for that next scene to photograph.
